As an experienced IT professional with 6+ years in IT support, including a past in web integration, I possess a deep understanding of the world of technology. Namely, both hardware and software troubleshooting, basic network security, and web integration. My background includes extensive knowledge [mostly] with Windows, system monitoring, remote desktop support, and Cybersecurity fundamentals. I have completed the Google Cybersecurity Certificate and I am CompTIA Security+ Certified.

While I may be versed in the art of writing and editing, the other side of the mirror is a reflection of my love for technology.

I am highly detail-oriented and analytical, with a strong foundation in cybersecurity fundamentals and exceptional systematic problem-solving skills. In the past, I often tackled issues that were beyond the level 1 scope, in order to relieve the pressure level 2 faced on a daily basis. I do my best to think outside the box, so that I may work more efficiently. Additionally, I investigate problems and analyze the best outcomes for the issues at hand. I focus on details, which is useful for incident response, threat hunting, malware research and for detailed analysis of tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs).

Lastly, I enjoy following experts in this field, so that I may have a better understanding of trends within the industry. But most importantly, understanding the security risks is paramount, as scammers and hackers are extremely ingenious and crafty when it comes to what they do. Thus, having an insight into this is crucial to combat these individuals.
